Service Description

Open to the General Public/Visitors to OC: As the sun rises, unfold your body into soothing stretches, starting your day with an internal calm in body and mind. With closed eyes, immerse yourself in the tranquil sounds of nature, and find inner stillness guided by the rhythmic lapping of the waves. Re-emerge refreshed, carrying the bay’s serenity with you throughout the day.

Cancellation Policy

Refund available if class is cancelled by the instructor or weather. Participant must cancel more than 24 hours before class time to receive a full refund. If participant cancels within the 24 hour period before booked session, she/he may use credit for another session of same value.
